The no. of characters in SMS should not exceed 160. You will receive an auto generated reply acknowledgment of your SMS and within minutes a call back from us at the Phone no. from which the SMS was sent to us.

Voice Mail - When you call us at Spectra Care and don’t wish to wait, you could leave back your account number (feed in your account number, the user friendly Voice mail menu would guide you through the process!) and we will call you back.
 
Call back facility - as enumerated above we have various ways in which you can just leave behind voice mail and we will call you back.
 
SpectraCare would register the query/complaint and assign a “ticket number” to it. You need to keep this number handy as a reference for any future issues related to this problem.
 
SpectraCare would resolve the query/compliant and inform back the client.
 
On confirmation of resolution from the client, the ticket would be ‘ closed’
 
Pl note the a call is not deemed to be registered (and hence no action for resolution is initiated) till the time a Ticket number is not assigned.
